The need to find equipment that could be integrated into the client’s packaging line was an essential premise for the solution to the packaging equipment for parquet slats and moulding.

The equipment allows, through the individual entry of pieces, to be able to stack them in pre-established groups that can be configured by the operator. The pieces are then squared and then removed from the back. In a subsequent process, a commercial packaging equipment for pieces with stretch film was integrated, which was synchronised to be fed with the pieces supplied by the custom-made packaging and squaring equipment.

The set has meant an improvement in handling and product quality, causing fewer rejects and greater profitability.
