This project was part of the curtain dosing project previously carried out. Once the client had verified the effectiveness of the curtain dosing equipment, he wanted to go one step further and complete the production cycle by automating the stacking of the curtains. Due to the nature of the material, it was necessary to carefully handle the product so that it was stacked without forming wrinkles, which could cause an undesirable quality finish to the product. The stacking equipment was synchronised with the curtain dosing equipment, and at the same time it was designed so that it could be disconnected, so that the dosing equipment could work independently, as it had been doing until then. The work cycle therefore allows complete automation, ensuring product quality and without direct dependence on an operator to collect the curtains at the exit of the dosing equipment.
