Project aimed at implementing the 3D design of an automated station for assembling fuel injection system components for the multinational Delphi at its plant in Poland.

In this station, several operations will be carried out sequentially using an indexed plate. These include pressing metal parts (with force and displacement control), tightness testing (for online product quality control), OK marking of the product, ejection of NOK parts, etc.

Initially, the system can be used to manufacture two different product models, with detection according to the model to be manufactured and with the possibility of assembling more models in the future.
